Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday, for example). A comfortable south-facing family villa for 6 guests, in the peaceful countryside, with terraces, a fully fenced 10 × 5 m private pool and a 7,000 m² garden with fruit trees and cacti.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Upstairs suite with a 180 cm bed, wardrobes, bathroom with bath and shower, and two private terraces.
- Two ground-floor bedrooms with wardrobes and mosquito screens; each has two sleeping spaces, including a bed that can be split into two 90 cm beds.
- A small study with a single bed that can serve as an extra bedroom.
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms except the study, and in the living room.
- Bed linen, bath and beach towels, hairdryer and mosquito repellent provided.
Amenities and outdoors
- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, fridge and freezer.
- Drinking water is available in the kitchen only; other taps use non-potable spring water.
- Iron and ironing board, safe, internet, satellite TV, table tennis, badminton equipment, books, DVD player and stereo.
- Large gas barbecue, garden seating, cot and high chair, and laundry room with washing machine.
- Fully fenced 10 × 5 m private pool, parasols, sun loungers, lounge area and outdoor dining for 8.
A car is essential. The villa is in the hills around Santa Eulalia, about 3 km from beaches, the marina, restaurants and shops. The airport is approximately 17 km away. End-of-stay cleaning is included; additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at extra cost.

Nearby: countryside, beaches, churches, forests, scenic views, horse riding, hiking, cycling, sailing, snorkelling, tennis, markets, restaurants and shops. Buses and boat shuttles from Santa Eulalia connect to destinations including Ibiza and Formentera.
